He regularly advises domestic and foreign clients on mining operations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and engineering and construction projects. He has extensive experience in strategic project advisory, permitting, and special mining contracts, such as option to purchase agreements, exploration contracts and joint venture agreements, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the 2023-2025 period, he was designated as a Trustee of The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (FNREL).
