He has extensive experience in M&amp;A, financing operations, securities and capital markets transactions, in addition to providing ongoing corporate advice to large companies, both locally and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has participated in a wide variety of banking and finance transactions, including project finance, structured finance, bond issues and syndicated loan agreements.
