Rodrigo Saffirio, managing partner of our firm, was interviewed by Diario Financiero along with a group of lawyers in the same position, to share their perspectives on the legal landscape in 2025. In particular, topics such as the areas that will be predominant during the period, hiring trends and revenue expectations were addressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to agreeing with other interviewees on the traction of M&A, Insolvency and Restructuring and Mining and Natural Resources practices, he referred to a very significant revival in Litigation and Arbitration. According to him, this trend is \u2018driven by the revision of companies\u2019 priorities, because controlling disputes is essential for good business development\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another important aspect of the interview was the balance sheet for 2024. In this regard, he pointed out that the growth targets were not only met, but also far exceeded. This has made it possible, among other factors, to define even more ambitious objectives for 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
