With these additions, Bofill Mir now has a total of 12 partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The incorporation of <strong>Tom\u00e1s Blake<\/strong> as partner in the <strong>Public and Regulatory Law<\/strong>, together with current partner, <strong>Andrea Abascal<\/strong>, reinforces a leadership structure designed to consistently drive a key practice in the country\u2019s regulatory agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe interaction between the State, companies, and communities is a complex but inherent balance in development, requiring a strategic vision that anticipates risks and enables projects. <strong>Our practice seeks to advise and support clients in critical decisions<\/strong>, integrating regulatory perspectives into their corporate challenges\u201d, Blake commented regarding the synergies of his expertise with Bofill Mir\u2019s development focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, with the addition of <strong>Daniel Martorell<\/strong> as partner, the firm launches its <strong>Criminal Law<\/strong>, which has been integrated into its strategic pillars from the outset. Martorell\u2019s career has been closely linked to complex matters in which he has worked alongside the Mining, Corporate, and Regulatory teams\u2014collaboration that is now consolidated, bringing his expert vision to the service of our clients and their most sensitive challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Martorell added: \u201cBeyond the technical aspects, Criminal Law becomes <strong>a strategic resource to foster sustainable businesses<\/strong>. Both partners share the firm\u2019s strategic vision and strengthen areas that demand specialization, legal expertise, and a fine reading of the public and corporate environment.\u201d He added that this stage also reaffirms something that has always been part of the firm\u2019s history: a trajectory marked by the ability to build teams, strengthen practices, and project them with a long-term vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About Tom\u00e1s Blake<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tom\u00e1s Blake is a lawyer from Universidad Adolfo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez and holds an LLM in Public Law from University College London (UCL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He joins as partner of the Public and Regulatory Law team, bringing over a decade of experience advising companies, industry associations, and public bodies on Administrative Law matters, with a focus on litigation and public procurement, concession services, and relations with state entities.
