{"id":14439,"date":"2026-05-15T13:54:17","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T13:54:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bofillmir.cl\/?p=14439"},"modified":"2026-05-15T13:54:40","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T13:54:40","slug":"alerta-legal-ley-desalinizacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bofillmir.cl\/eng\/alerta-legal-ley-desalinizacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Alerta Legal &#8211; Ley Desalinizaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con fecha 12 de mayo de 2026, se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial la Ley N\u00b0 21.813 sobre el uso de agua de mar para desalinizaci\u00f3n, tras la aprobaci\u00f3n por el Congreso del Proyecto de Ley (Bolet\u00edn N\u00b0 11.608-09).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ley tiene por objeto regular el desarrollo sostenible de iniciativas y proyectos de desalinizaci\u00f3n de agua de mar, permitiendo distintos usos del recurso y contribuyendo a la seguridad h\u00eddrica, la adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico y el resguardo de la biodiversidad y de los ecosistemas marinos y costeros.
