In this instance, he presented a paper entitled \"The experience and competence of workers as a limit to the protection of trade secrets\". In it, he examined the new law on economic crimes, which allows not to punish a worker for the use of his experience and skills acquired in knowledge of a trade secret owned by his former employer.
