{"id":471,"date":"2023-06-12T18:41:21","date_gmt":"2023-06-12T18:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bofillmir.cl\/?p=471"},"modified":"2026-02-16T22:30:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T22:30:27","slug":"reglamento-del-registro-electronico-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bofillmir.cl\/eng\/reglamento-del-registro-electronico-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulations of the Electronic Labor Registry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On June 8, the new Regulation of the Electronic Labor Registry was published in the Official Gazette, which replaces the old regulation on this matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In summary, this new regulation establishes that the data that employers must register in the Electronic Labor Registry, which is incorporated within the institutional website of the Labor Directorate, are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contract of Employment:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Individualization of the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. The minimum stipulations of the employment contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This information must be recorded within 15 working days of the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.&nbsp;<strong>Modifications to the Employment Agreement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. The modifications agreed to the employment contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This information must be recorded within 15 working days of the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.&nbsp;<strong>Termination of Employment&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Contract<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Individualization of the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Date of commencement of the employment relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. Date of termination of the employment relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d. Date and form of notice of termination, if applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e. Cause of termination invoked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This information must be recorded in accordance with the corresponding deadlines according to the cause of termination applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Electronic Remuneration&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Book<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Remunerations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Allowances or bonuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. Indemnifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d. Other benefits paid in cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This information must be recorded within 15 working days of the month following the respective payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.&nbsp;<strong>Bipartite<\/strong><strong>Health and Safety Committee:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Name and date of designation of the principal and alternate employer representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Date and method of the election of the workers' representatives (physical or telematic).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. Total voters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d. Total number of representatives to be elected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e. Names in decreasing order of the persons who obtained votes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">f. Full name of the workers' representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This information must be registered within 15 working days of the election of the workers' representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.&nbsp;<strong>Bipartite<\/strong><strong>Training&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Committee :<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Date of incorporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. Name of the members that make it up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This information must be registered within 15 working days from the date of constitution of the Bipartite Training Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.&nbsp;<strong>Updating of information already incorporated:<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This information must be recorded within 15 working days of its modification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If employers are unable to access the Electronic Labor Registry or are unable to register the data indicated in the body of this regulation, due to the occurrence of technical problems in the Labor Directorate's website, the Labor Directorate will have a web functionality.
