The article highlights the favourable role played by the implementation of the \u2018new insolvency law\u2019, in force since 2014 but which incorporated significant changes in 2023, in terms of providing greater tools to face adverse financial scenarios.<br>Regarding the corporate dimension, Gonzalo emphasised the diversity of sectors that are currently involved.
