Pablo Mir, partner of the Mining and Natural Resources practice, assumed as co-chair of the Mining Law Committee of the International Bar Association (SEERIL - IBA) for the period 2023 - 2025.
This appointment is based on the recommendation of his peers - with whom he has worked in his more than 15 years of participation in the committee - and on his experience of more than 30 years of practice in the area. Stuart R. Butzier, partner at Modrall Sperling (New Mexico, USA) is joining him in the new position.
This instance seeks to promote the exchange of information and experiences in the practice of law in the mining industry worldwide.
