Diario Financiero highlighted the M&A ranking of Transactional Track Record (TTR Data) year 2023, in which Bofill Mir Abogados ranked fourth as leader in M&A transactions (by amounts). Our firm was also highlighted for the number of advisory services provided and in the field of Private Equity. The publication highlights a slight increase in the volume of business compared to the previous year, with Chile and Peru being the only countries that recorded increases in the capital mobilised, placing Chile in second place in Latin America.
