About
Ana María has dedicated more than 20 years of her career to corporate law, which includes, among others, advising on M&A, banking and finance and capital markets. In addition, she has extensive experience in real estate, construction and project matters.
She is a member of the Chilean chapter of Women in the Profession and a director of a publicly traded company.
Ana María serves as a board member at Energía Latina S.A. and at Global Soluciones Financieras S.A.
