About
Jorge has focused his practice on corporate law, regulated markets, technology, data protection and e-commerce. During his career he has advised local and international companies, with special focus on the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries, in the preparation of all types of contracts, regulatory matters, advertising, data protection, sanctioning processes.
Author of the book "Las Inmisiones. Protection of property against noise, fumes, odors and other neighborhood conflicts" (Thomson Reuters, 2017) and of multiple articles in indexed journals on his areas of interest.
