María-Pilar has focused her practice on environmental and natural resources matters. Her skills in the analysis of complex issues have allowed her to advise national and international public and private entities in multiple procedures of high public connotation.

Given her vast knowledge of the various aspects of environmental institutions, María Pilar has extensive experience in the assessment of projects in the Environmental Impact Assessment System, including advice on citizen participation and indigenous consultation; proceedings before the Environmental Superintendence; and, especially, litigation before the Environmental Courts.
