Our partner, Ana María Yuriparticipated in this seminar in which the new CMF regulations on policies on regular operations and their dissemination were discussed. This will come into force on Sunday 1 September this year and, among other aspects, establishes the mandatory mentions that the policy must contain, which the boards of directors of open and special public limited companies must include in their policies.

At the meeting, the implications and effects for these entities of complying with the regulations for the special regime for approving transactions with related parties and, at the same time, disseminating them in accordance with the rules, were discussed.
