On 19 February 2025, Supreme Decree No. 41 of 10 September 2024 of the Ministry of Health was published in the Official Gazette, which establishes health warnings for packaging of tobacco products, heated tobacco and its accessories, SEAN, SESN, vape liquids with and without nicotine and their accessories.

The new instructions, which replace those issued in 2021, incorporate special labelling for nicotine-containing products, following their inclusion in the Ministry of Health's list of toxic substances in 2023.

This decree will enter into force in May 2025.
