About

Diego has focused his practice on the energy industry and the development and financing of infrastructure. Specifically, he has concentrated on the development of energy projects and associated infrastructure, negotiation of supply and transportation contracts for electricity and fuels, regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters in the energy and natural resources industry. He has also advised foreign and local companies on project financing, credit operations, and the issuance of corporate debt instruments.
