About
Diego focuses his practice on the energy industry and on infrastructure development and financing. He has focused particularly on the development of energy projects and related infrastructure, the negotiation of power purchase agreements and fuel supply and transportation agreements, and regulatory, contentious, and transactional matters in the energy and natural resources sector. He has advised on infrastructure projects such as data centers, reservoirs, and desalination plants, and has provided counsel to foreign and local companies in their development and financing. He also regularly participates in credit operations and the issuance of corporate debt instruments.
