Feliciano has focused his practice on corporate and transactional matters. He advises local and foreign clients across various areas of corporate law, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Disputes, Banking and Finance, Insolvency and Restructuring, and Capital Markets, among others.
