Feliciano has focused his practice on corporate and transactional matters. He advises local and foreign clients across various areas of corporate law, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Disputes, Banking and Finance, Insolvency and Restructuring, and Capital Markets, among others.
He is admitted as an attorney in the State of New York, U.S.A. He was an international associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, New York, U.S.A. (2016-2017).
