About
Francisca has focused her practice on the areas of antitrust, economic regulation, and litigation. Throughout her career, she has advised clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters involving regulated industries, digital platforms, retail, energy, among others.
She is Co-Founder of Women in Dispute Resolution Chile and an Arbitrator Judge at the Santiago Court of Appeals.
