His practice focuses on the resolution of complex civil and commercial disputes, insolvency and reorganization proceedings, and litigation in the construction and mining sectors, among others. He also advises companies in the administration of complex contracts, focusing on conflict prevention.

He has participated in proceedings under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, before national and international ad-hoc arbitration tribunals, and in multiple civil and commercial litigations.
