About
Pablo has focused his practice on labor, social security and immigration issues in the corporate world. He actively advises clients on their day-to-day labor matters, such as hiring and regulatory compliance; on long-term strategic issues; and on the labor analysis required for transactions including mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. His practice also includes the legal defense of his clients in courts of law, as well as before administrative authorities. He has extensive experience in labor relations and collective bargaining processes with labor unions. Finally, he also advises on immigration issues related to executives and foreign workers in Chile.
