Recently, our partner Andrea Abascal, and our senior associate Jorge Tisné Niemann, presented to IPMPC members on the local regulation of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. They also gave a presentation on the new data protection law that will soon be published in Chile. During the event, our lawyers answered questions from the audience, focusing especially on the similarities and differences of the future personal data law in comparison with other international legislations.
