Gonzalo Barceló, senior associate specialising in Reorganisation and Insolvency, will participate in the panel ‘International Insolvency Law and the Securities Market’ at the IV Jornadas Chilenas de Derecho Chilenas de Concursal organised by the UDD Law School and the Ibero-American Institute of Insolvency Law Chilean Chapter. From his experience in cross-border insolvency proceedings, Gonzalo will provide a practical analysis of the current situation of the recognition of foreign proceedings in Chile.
