On 26 March 2024, the President of the Republic promulgated the Framework Law on Cybersecurity and Critical Information Infrastructure. Therefore, the law has yet to be published in the Official Gazette. The law provides for a number of changes and developments in the area of cybersecurity. Some of the most important elements are set out below.
