In November this year, the Financial Market Commission (CMF) published a conceptual proposal for the development of a general rule on consent in the open finance system, in accordance with Article 23 of Law No. 21.521 (Fintech Law). The rule seeks to determine how clients' express consent will be deemed to have been granted and how to revoke it.
