About
Alina has focused her practice in mining and natural resources matters. She has vast experience in project development and financing, due diligence processes in natural resources project transactions, preparation of strategies in mining property matters, contracts, royalties, permitting, water and energy related operations, among others.
Alina possesses unique experience in advising clients on lithium-related matters, coming from her sound knowledge on this mineral’s regulation in the Country.
She is a member of Women in Mining Chile (WIM Chile).
She is a member of the Chilean chapter of Women in the Profession.
