Catalina has focused her practice on dispute resolution, participating in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, as well as civil litigation before ordinary and specialized courts. She has experience in proceedings before CAM Santiago and under international arbitration rules. She also has academic training in Consumer Law and Regulated Markets.
